Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in law from a well-known university;

2. More than 3 consecutive years of working experience in the legal department of a well-known law firm or a well-known private equity investment institution, mainly focusing on private equity investment legal affairs;

3. Be able to handle the legal affairs of private equity investment skillfully, including due diligence, drafting of equity investment legal documents (offshore and domestic investment structure) and fund establishment documents;

4. Good expression ability and English as the working language;

5. Self motivation, self-discipline and the ability to work independently without supervision.
